Please fill in Form 1b online before August 20, 2021 for making the Non-official Contractor/ Non-Official Stand Builder badges.

For security reasons, all workers who need to enter into halls during show days (September 17-20, 2021) must apply for a temporary badge (HKD 100 deposit each) at the Badge Office. Please bring along with the contractor / stand builder badge and HKID for application on exhibitor move-in day after 4pm. The workers must take a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 by using combined nasal and throat swabs and obtain the SMS notification containing a negative test result. Deep throat saliva specimen IS NOT ACCEPTED. Or, as an alternative, completed two doses of COVID-19 vaccine and provide a proof of vaccination record when applying the temporary badges. Please refer to the following section of “COVID-19 Test Result / Vaccination Record” for further details.

– Late submission after August 20 will be subjected to a administrative fee of HKD 100 per badge.

– No application will be accepted after August 25 and no onsite application will be entertained.

Non-official contractors should strictly follow the above schedule.

No early set up and overtime work will be allowed. All construction materials, equipment and waste must be moved-in/removed within the above schedule. All site work deposit will be deducted if the non-official contractors fail to comply with the schedule.
 
# For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to unload booth construction materials, use the ladder in the aisle and build the booth exterior on the exhibitor’s move-in day.

  • It takes 20 working days for commenting on the booth plans. Please submit all the above items to the related Official Contractor (except item d) before the deadline.
  • Any late submission of each of the above items will be subject to a surcharge of HKD3,000. 
  • Submission of the booth plan will NOT be accepted after August 20, 2021.
  • Application of badges (item d) will NOT be accepted after August 25, 2021.
  • The booth plan will not be commented on if any of the above items has not been submitted.
  • Contractors will not be admitted into halls if either one of the above items has not been submitted or if the plans for such work have not been received and commented on.

In accordance with the latest requirements and guidelines of the HK Government and the HKCEC, and with the directions under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), all exhibitors and on-site staff (including forwarders and contractors) who will be present on the show days (17-20 September, 2021) are required to either provide COVID-19 test negative result or a proof of a completed vaccination record. Please read the following details:

Polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 by using combined nasal and throat swabs must be conducted through one of the followings:

Workers who will take a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 must use combined nasal and throat swabs and obtain the SMS notification containing a negative test result. Deep throat saliva specimen IS NOT ACCEPTED.

b) Completed two doses of COVID-19 vaccine before or on 3rd September, 2021 (14 days before the first show day) and provide a proof of vaccination record. 

For both the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac vaccine) and Fosun Pharma/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine), completing the vaccination course in general involves receiving two doses 14 days ago. 

The latest date of completing the vaccination course for this fair is 3rd September, 2021.  

Electronic vaccination record or paper vaccination record is acceptable.

The Organiser will keep all SMS notifications containing negative test result or/and vaccination records for 31 days and may share such data (including any additional identity verification data) as required by law or any lawful request of authorities for the purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing and prevention of crime. Workers are also required to retain their own SMS notification containing a negative test result / vaccination records for 31 days. 

In addition, law enforcement officers may visit the Exhibition at any time to carry out spot checks. Any worker who fail to comply with compulsory testing notices are committing an offence, which is subject to prosecution.
