Exhibitor Badge Collection
To avoid crowds on-site, exhibitors are required to book the timeslot for badge collection through our online booking system. A separate email has been sent to the email addresses of your badge application. Please make your reservation by 18:00 (HKT) September 10, 2021.
Each booking is valid for one staff only, each staff should make his/her own reservation.
Exhibitor may also collect the badges on behalf of his/her colleagues, meanwhile all colleagues are still required to make the reservation.
If all badge applicants of your company have already booked the timeslot and received our confirmation email, please accept our thanks and no further involvement is required.

In accordance with the latest requirements and guidelines of the HK Government and the HKCEC, and with the directions under the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), all exhibitors and on-site staff (including forwarders and contractors) who will be present on the show days (17-20 September, 2021) are required to either provide COVID-19 test negative result or a proof of a completed vaccination record. Exhibitor staff and representatives who will take a polymerase chain reaction-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 must use combined nasal and throat swabs and obtain the SMS notification containing a negative test result. Deep throat saliva specimen IS NOT ACCEPTED.

b) Completed two doses of COVID-19 vaccine before or on 3rd September, 2021 (14 days before the first show day) and provide a proof of vaccination record.
For both the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac vaccine) and Fosun Pharma/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine), completing the vaccination course in general involves receiving two doses 14 days ago. The latest date of completing the vaccination course for this fair is 3rd September, 2021. Electronic vaccination record or paper vaccination record is acceptable. |

On exhibitor move-in day, exhibitor staff must present a negative test result or/and a vaccination record to the Organiser prior to collection of exhibitor badge and admission to the exhibition hall. Any exhibitors and/or their staff who fail to present a valid SMS notification with negative result or the vaccination record will not be allowed to enter the exhibition halls.
The Organiser will keep all SMS notifications containing negative test result or/and vaccination records for 31 days and may share such data (including any additional identity verification data) as required by law or any lawful request of authorities for the purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing and prevention of crime. Exhibitors are also required to retain their own SMS notification containing a negative test result / vaccination records for 31 days.
In addition, law enforcement officers may visit the Exhibition at any time to carry out spot checks. Any exhibitor staff who fail to comply with compulsory testing notices are committing an offence, which is subject to prosecution.

Gold or Gold alloy/ Platinum
It is required by the Trade Descriptions Ordinance that Articles of gold or gold alloy/ platinum or platinum alloy supplied in the course of trade or business at retail level must bear a mark indicating the fineness of gold/ platinum content in the form and manner specified. A retailer of articles of gold or gold alloy/ platinum or platinum alloy shall issue to a buyer at the time of supply, an invoice or receipt and retain a copy of that invoice/receipt for not less than 3 years from the date of issue. The invoice or receipt shall contain:
– the full name and address of the supplier;
– the price at which the article is supplied;
– the date of supply;
– the description;
– the fineness (where the article consists of different parts of different fineness of gold/platinum, the marks on each part); and
– the weight of the article (if the whole article is 足金 (Chuk Kam)/ 足白金 (Chuk Pak Kam));
A notice of not less than 210 mm x 297 mm specifying the legal requirements shall be displayed prominently at the point of supply.

Natural fei cui/ Diamond
According to the ordinance, a retailer of any article of natural fei cui / diamond shall issue to a buyer at the time of supply, an invoice or receipt and retain a copy of that invoice/receipt for not less than 3 years from the date of issue. The invoice or receipt shall contain:
– the full name and address of the supplier;
– the price of the article;
– the date of supply; and
– a description of the article as “natural fei cui plus other jade” or “natural fei cui” according to the definition in the Ordinance, OR the total weight of the diamond in carats or where the weight is unknown to the retailer, a statement to that effect; and a description of the article as
* being composed solely of diamond;
* being inlaid with diamond; or
* being inlaid with both diamond and other precious stones, as appropriate;
A notice of not less than 210 mm x 297 mm shall be displayed at the point of supply informing consumers the definitions of “fei cui” and “natural fei cui”/ “diamond” and the statutory requirements on retailers to issue invoices or receipts for the natural fei cui/ diamond articles supplied.
